Token or Toh-kern?

Technology as they say, is a double-edged sword. This morning, in my half-dazed state, I stumbled into office and tried to get into Windows, thinking 'okay, let's just check my email'. I plugged in the token and then sat there dumbfounded...Why?...It ought to have been a simple uncomplicated procedure but NO... Cos clever moi FORGOT THE PASSWORD... now now I did mention in my last post that I was/am/still will be a techno-idiot, didn't I? Honesty has always been my virtue and will thus continue to be so. Sigh!!!!!!!

In this post, I shall express my eternal thanks to these folks whom I've troubled them relentless (and unwillingly) over the past few years:

1. My TA (technical assistant) -- you have been like the light in my life... can't live or log on without you...

2. My CKPit coordinator for the past few years -- eternally grateful to your help always... otherwise how to finish keying in all those marks and print out the correct marksheet and after years of doing it, still forget small trivial details ... TKT- you're still the BEST

3. My darling neighbour in the next cubicle HS -- I know you will miss me for bugging you constantly about whether the internet connection is alright or we got disconnected (my favourite statement of the day being "Eh, today can get into intranet or not huh?")

4. And a whole load of other wonderful, funny and lovable folks who are patient enough to tolerate my relentless asking of the famous question "Hi, I'm here just to check if email still works or is it just me????"

Well, well, as they say "live to learn", I shall never fail in my attempt to figure new things out, IT or otherwise... till the next post, Seize the Day!

Omigod! Finally, I've managed to get my very own blog up online! This is such an achievement for a techno-idiot like myself... I should run out and get a Heineken to celebrate this!

For folks out there who are reading this and thinking "Geez, what an idiot!" please bear in mind that I'm truly not very inclined towards technology having been in the jurassaic ages where IT is concerned.

Geez, this is super exciting... finally i can post images of my darling princess' graduation concert and use this as a sharing platform

Alright, enough is enough... my head is swelling with pride....next step is to upload all these pictures of Nic from the digicam into this blog...so patience my frens...just keep coming back to read this blog every now and then...
